    What size is the bear? Does it arrive ready to display?

    Yes! Each bear arrives ready to display right out of the box. It's a large plush of approximately 30 cm, fully assembled, with the mask and all details already attached. No setup needed, just take it out and find it a spot worthy of a horror icon.

    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement to make things right.

    To keep your bear looking its best, gently spot-clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth never machine wash it, as it's a handmade piece with delicate details. Keep it out of direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV exposure can fade the fur colors over time.
